Mrs. Wanda Jean Gulley, 64, Passed Away Saturday, February 7, 2015 in Southeastern Regional Hospice House.
Wanda was born in Parris, TX on June 6, 1950 to the late James and Dorothy Blackwell Land. Wanda was a member of Haymount Freewill Baptist Church and loved Gospel Music. She was a nurse before retiring, was loved by so many and will be greatly missed. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by a son, James Gulley.
Wanda is survived by her husband James Gulley of Fayetteville; sons, Charlie Dixon Jr. of Charlottesville, VA and William Gulley (Sandra) of Graham; a daughter, Carmellia Webb and her husband, Rev. Christopher Webb of Pembroke; 2 brothers, Richard Land (June) and Lawrence Henry Land (Mary), both of Roxboro; sisters, Anna Mae Denton of Roxboro, Ethel Williams (Wayne) of Durham, Barbara Blume of Roxboro and Mary Harper (Clarence) of Grays Creek; 15 grandchildren and 2 great grandchild and a special friend, Joanne (JJ).
Visitation will be 7:00-9:00 PM Tuesday, February 10, 2015 at Haymount Freewill Baptist church, 126 Eastwood Ave, Fayetteville, NC 28301.
Funeral Services will be 11:00 AM Wednesday, February 11, 2015 at Haymount Freewill Baptist Church with Rev. Clarence Privett and Rev. Christopher Webb officiating.
Burial will follow in LaFayette Memorial Park West, 6701 Raeford Rd. Fayetteville, NC 28304.
