Mr. Victor Alexander Iwanski, 40. Our beloved son, passed away on Monday, May 25, 2020.

Victor was born in Panama City, Panama on October 20, 1979, son to Richard and Maria Torres Iwanski.

Victor loved fishing, fantasy board gaming, boating, computer gaming, history, loved his family and friends, especially spending time with them. He was loyal to those who gave him loyalty, brave in facing the unknown and without fear of any kind. Victor was a blessed soul who believed in heaven and hell and that God will prevail. His strong personality and firmness of purpose will inspire his family and friends to obtain even greater achievements in their lives. One of the greatest events in his life was becoming a father and grandfather. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends, but his legacy will live on in our hearts forever.

He is survived by his father and mother, Richard Edward Iwanski of Woodbridge, VA and Maria Elena Iwanski of Fayetteville; two daughters, Jada Elizabeth Johnson of Fayetteville and Khali Door Brewington of Baltimore, MD; a sister, Chrystal Lynn Iwanski of Henderson, NC; a granddaughter, La'naya Olivia Johnson of Fayetteville and many extended family members and friends.

A visitation will be 7:00 – 9:00 PM Monday, June 1, 2020 at LaFayette Funeral Home, 6651 Raeford Rd. Fayetteville, NC 28304.

A Funeral Mass will be 1:00 PM Tuesday, June 2, 2020 at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 2844 Village Dr. Fayetteville, NC 28304 with Father Gregory Lowchy presiding.

Inurnment will follow in the church Columbarium.

Memorial donations may be made in Victor's name to The Cancer Foundation of one’s choice.
