Steven Joseph Vanderhoef

Mr. Steven Joseph Vanderhoef, 53, died Monday, April 27, 2020.

Mr. Vanderhoef was born May 7, 1966 in Queens, NY to Thomas Richard Vanderhoef and the late Talua Fatu Vanderhoef. After serving in the US Army for several terms he retired and took an interest in drawing and painting showing his awesome talent for arts.

Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 PM Thursday, May 7, 2020 at LaFayette Funeral Home, 6651 Raeford Rd. Fayetteville, NC 28304.

Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Friday, May 8, 2020 at LaFayette Funeral Home with Mana’omia Tauanu’u officiating.

Burial will be private.

Survivors include his father; wife, Falefitu Vanderhoef; sons, Steven Fatulaufuti Vanderhoef, Jevanus Dashawn Mclean, Peter Enderman Vanderhoef, John Paul Salalau Faalau Vanderhoef, Joseph Thomas Vanderhoef, Charles Felauai Vanderhoef, Roger Finau Vanderhoef; one brother, Thomas Vanderhoef Jr. and wife Siolo Sega; one sister, Ruth Fualaau and husband Peter.
