SSG Audwin Arcerius Pratt, 63, passed away Monday, April 25, 2022 in Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.
Audwin Arcerius Pratt was born March 19th, 1959, at Kings County Hospital in Brooklyn, New York. He was the third child to James and Viola Pratt who precedes him in death. Audwin always loved music, gymnastic, and fashion. While in high school, Audwin and his childhood girlfriend Sabrina Tillman conceived his first child Ruby Tillman. After High School, Audwin enlisted in the United States Army where he served 20 years. While serving in Fort Bragg, North Carolina, he met his first wife Sandra McMillan Pratt who precedes him in death. Through this union, they had three children Queshan Andrice Pratt, Durjurnel Armonde Pratt, and Shamiakia Latisha Sylvaria Pratt. Later on, Audwin met and married Diane Robenson Pratt. After his Military Career, he continued his college education at Fayetteville State University in which he obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a concentration of Marketing in 2003. Together Audwin and Diane grew closer in Christ. They established Conqueror’s in Christ Apostolic Ministries. Audwin and Diane lived a beautiful life until she preceded him in death in 2017.
He leaves to mourn him, his 4 children; Ruby, Queshan, Durjurnel, and Shamiakia, all from North Carolina, along with 3 step children from his wife Diane, Crystal Garrison, Brenda Garrison and Gregory Garrison, all from Pennsylvania; 2 sisters, Reneta Pratt of New York, Sylvaria Pratt-Harris of South Carolina; 5 brothers, Preston Pratt of Albany, NY, Renznick Pratt of Bronx, NY, Sorgrapheth Pratt of Raeford, NC, Palphaneilia Pratt of Norfolk, VA, and Derfamyer Pratt of Clarksvill, TN. He also leaves behind a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
Funeral Services will be 11:00 AM Thursday, May 5, 2022 at Cliffdale Christian Center, 6427 Cliffdale Rd, Fayetteville, NC 28314 with pastor Joshua Goodman officiating.
Burial with Full Military Honors will be 11:00 AM Friday, May 6, 2022 at Fort Bragg Main Post Cemetery, Watson St. Fort Bragg, NC 28307.
