Shelia Kaye Morrison

Shelia Kaye Morrison, 65, passed away Sunday, July 9, 2023 in Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.

Shelia was born in Cumberland County, NC on April 18, 1958, daughter to the late Lonnie Lee Morrison and Vivian Jacobs Morrison. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Daughtry Morrison.

Shelia was a very loving person who loved people, was a great sister and found pleasure serving the Lord. Shelia was loved by so many and will be greatly missed.

She leaves to cherish her memory two brothers, Edward M. Morrison (Varonica) of Lillington, NC and Shell Morrison (Sherrill) of Fayetteville, NC; one aunt, Ada Rogers of Bolton, NC and many other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM Saturday, July 15, 2023 at Cape Fear Baptist Church, 100 Indian Dr. Fayetteville, NC 28312.

Funeral Services will be held 2:00pm Saturday, July 15, 2023 at Cape Fear Baptist Church with Reverend’s Ricky Burnett and Jerry Groves officiating. Burial will follow the service in Cross Creek Cemetery #4.
