SFC Adam Joshua Scarisbrick, 46, of Fayetteville passed away Monday, January 27, 2025 in his home.
Adam was born in Salt Lake City, Utah on November 5, 1978, son to Ned Scarisbrick and Carol Martin Scarisbrick. SFC Scarisbrick served many tours of duty to include Afghanistan over the course of his Sixteen years of service. He is currently assigned as a Civil Affairs Specialist and his loss will be greatly felt by his family, the Military and his friends. SFC Scarisbrick is preceded in death by his step-father, Robert Mahoney.
He is survived by his wife, Rebecca Scarisbrick; his mother, Carol Martin-Mahoney; his children, Andrew Brown, Racheal DeMasi, Joshua Scarisbrick, and Michael Scarisbrick; brothers, Aaron Scarisbrick and Mark Nielson; sisters, Angela Wilson, Aimee Armstrong and a host of extended family members and friends.
Funeral Services will be 12:30 PM Friday, March 7, 2025 at Reclamation Church, 62 Joint Road, Spring Lake, NC 28390 with CH (LAJ) Jonathan Martinez officiating.
Graveside Services with Full Military Honors will follow at 2:00 PM in Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery, 8220 Bragg Blvd, Fort Liberty, NC 28310
The family will return to Reclamation Church for a time of visitation and fellowship following the Graveside Service.
In Lieu of flowers, the family is requesting memorial be made to Reclamation Church, 62 Joint Road, Spring Lake, NC 28390 or to The Joel Fund at www.thejoelfund.org.
