Semaj is survived by her parents, James McLinnaham Jr. and Vonshai Culpepper McLinnaham of Raeford; maternal grandparents, Michael Culpepper and Joann Culpepper of Raeford; paternal grandparents, James McLinnaham Sr. and Odessa McLinnaham of Red Springs; God parents, Diana and Timothy McNeil of Fayetteville, Marcus Smith Hendricks of Charlotte, NC and Sharica Chapman of Greensboro, NC.
A memorial services will be held at a later date.
