Roberto Ortiz

Roberto Ortiz, 61, of Fayetteville passed away Wednesday, January 31, 2024 in his home.

Robert was born in Jersey City, NJ on November 23, 1962, son of Carmen Ana Morales and Ramon Ortiz

He is survived by his wife Janet Hernandez; daughters, Natasha Ortiz, Jizzel Ortiz, and Monica Ortiz; grandchildren, Robert Torres, Julian Gil, and Jada Bridgewater; and his brothers, Luis Ortiz, Jesus Ortiz, Ramon Ortiz, Freddy Ortiz; his sisters, Carmen Ortiz, Miriam Ortiz, Norma Ortiz, Veronica Ortiz, Odette Ortiz, and many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family members.

Will be remembered for the love he showed his family, his desire to help anyone he met, and his love for salsa and passion for cooking.

Visitation will be 5:00-8:00 PM on Monday, February 5, 2024 at Lafayette Funeral Home 6651 Raeford Rd, Fayetteville, NC 28304

Funeral Services will be 11:00 AM 12:30 Tuesday, February 6, 2024 at LaFayette Funeral Home with Chaplain Joseph Kokeram officiating.

Burial will follow in Cumberland Cemetery, Bingham Drive, Fayetteville, NC.
