Priscilla Marie Moore

To everything there is a season and a time for every purpose under heaven. God in his infinite wisdom saw fit to share with us his child, Priscilla Marie Moore for twenty six years.

Priscilla was born on September 17, 1987 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville, North Carolina to the parents of Ronnie and Phyllis Taylor Moore. She departed this life on November 3, 2013 at 6:15 a.m. due to a fatal car accident.

Priscilla was a kind person who would help a friend in need. She also stood her ground when she saw that things were not right. At the age of four she stood in front of the church convention with boldness and sang the song “I am a promise”. Priscilla continued to sing as she grew up singing in the church choir and as well in school. She also loved to do hair. Priscilla was the type of person that showed herself in the various hair styles in which she displayed. It was just a natural talent.

Priscilla received her education from the Cumberland County School System, starting out attending Douglas Byrd High then transferring and graduating from South View High School in 2005. She participated in sports such as tennis, track and field. She also was a part of the South View High School Cheerleaders. She then decided to be all she could be by joining the Army and Army Reserves. Priscilla continued her education at Miller-Motte College pursuing her certification as a Medical Assistant.

Priscilla leaves to cherish her life of memories to her daughter, Serenity Michelle Moore of Fayetteville; her parents, Elder Ronnie and Evangelist Phyllis Taylor Moore of Hope Mills, NC; a brother, Staff Sergeant Ronnie Coshaun Moore (Angela) of Hanover, MD; her brother Michael Taylor Moore Preceded her in death; two nephews, Devin Nichols of Rocky Mount, NC and Kevin (Sheakema) of Nichols, SC; grandmothers, Geraldine Smith of Fayetteville, NC and Macie L. Taylor of Burlington, NC; grandfathers, Sylvester Kirkland (Flossie) of Lamar, SC and Albert J. Taylor Sr. of Augusta, GA; her godmothers, Evangelist Roberta Everett of Fayetteville, NC and Evangelist Gloria Hamilton of Fayetteville, NC; her favorite aunt who helped to raise her, Dr. Janie W. Nettles; and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.

Visitation will be 11:00 AM –12:00 Noon Saturday November 9, 2013 at The Tabernacle of Miracles Church, 2574 Hope Mills Road, Fayetteville, NC 28306. Funeral Services to celebrate her life will began at 12:00 PM at the church with Dr. Maxie D. Dobson officiating.
Burial will follow the service at Cumberland memorial Gardens.
