Patricia Ann Carter Bullard

 Patricia Ann Carter Bullard, born December 18, 1962, suddenly passed away on October 19, 2024, at the age of 61. Patricia gave it her all in the final stretch and is no longer in any pain. She is reunited with those close to her and will continue to watch over her loved ones.

Patricia is survived by her two children; daughter Teresa West (husband David), son, Robert Bullard II; her sister, Bonnie Carter Stewart (husband David), grandchildren; David West III (wife Jalyssa), Kaleb West, Thomas West, and Danika West, as well as nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Patricia’s spirit will forever live on through the memories shared, the delicious meals and desserts she loved making for everyone, and the impact she had on so many lives as she enjoyed helping others. As we say goodbye to her, we are deeply grateful for the time she was able to spend with her family and friends.

May we honor Patricia Ann Carter Bullards legacy by carrying forward her kindness, resilience, love for cooking and baking, and zest for life. Rest in peace. You will forever be in our hearts.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.
