MSGT George Ronald Flowers, 69, passed away Wednesday, April 15, 2020 in Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.

George was born in Latrobe, PA on July 3, 1950 to the late Merle and Laura Hoover Flowers. He joined the US Air Force in 1970 and served in Desert Shield/Storm from August 1990 until his retirement in July of 1993. MSGT Flowers enjoyed a distinguished career serving in a multitude of positions both in the US and overseas. He will be greatly missed.

He is survived by his loving wife, Salvacion B. Flowers; his children, Emily M. Thomas and Christopher I. Flowers; his grandchildren, Jacen Z. Thomas, Corran I. Thomas, Noelle A. Flowers, and Evan A. Flowers; siblings, Cheryl Brown, Wilma Dover, and Harry Flowers

Graveside services with Full Military Honors will be 12:00 noon Thursday, October 22, 2020 in Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery, 8220 Bragg Blvd, Fort Bragg, NC 28301.
