To everything there is a season and a time for every purpose under heaven, Eph. 3:1. God in his infinite wisdom saw fit to share with us his child, Michael Taylor Moore for twenty years.
He was born on April 22, 1992 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville, North Carolina to the parents of Ronnie and Phyllis Taylor Moore. He departed this life on December 21, 2012 at 8:30 a.m. due to a fatal car accident.
Michael was a kind and lovable young man who built great relationships with anyone who crossed his path. He was a good listener and gave good advice to those who needed someone to talk to. Michael was also a good drummer, vocalist and loved participating in church events. He was a person that was very influential and well liked.
Michael received his education from the Cumberland County School System, graduating from South View High School in 2010. He participated in sports such as football, basketball, and track and field. His heart was yearning more into pursuing track and field. Upon his graduation, Michael was named athlete of the year for his accomplishments in Track and Field. Michael then went to further his education and attended Saint Augustine University in Raleigh, North Carolina. He continued to pursue his passion for Track and Field. Michael attended Saint Augustine University for two years and decided to join the Army National Guard.
Michael leaves to cherish his loving memories to, his parents, Elder Ronnie and Evangelist Phyllis Taylor Moore of Fayetteville, NC; a brother, Staff Sergeant Ronnie Coshaun Moore (Angela)of Germantown, Maryland; a sister, Priscilla Moore of Richland, NC; a niece Serenity Moore of Fayetteville, NC; step-brothers: Devin Nichols of Rocky Mount, NC and Kevin(Sheakema) Nichols; grandmothers: Geraldine Smith of Timmonsville, SC and Macie L. Taylor, of Hope Mills, NC; grandfathers: Sylvester Kirkland (Flossie) of Lamar, SC and Albert J. Taylor, Sr. of Augusta, GA; and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, friends, and the entire Tabernacle of Miracles and Greater Emmanuel Temple of Grace church family.
Visitation will be 9:00 –11:00 AM Friday December 28, 2012 at The Tabernacle of Miracles Church, 2574 Hope Mills Road, Fayetteville, NC 28306. Funeral Services to celebrate his life will began at 11:00 AM at the church with Bishop Marion E. Wright officiating.
Burial with Full Military Honors will follow the service at Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery in Spring Lake.
