Mrs. Sweeney was an Insurance Representative before retiring. She is Preceded in Death by her father, Kenneth Fields and A Grandchild, Megan Minnick.
Survivors are her husband , Daniel Sweeney of Fayetteville, NC. her mother, Julia Theuer of Lewis DE, a son, James Minnick of Ft. Carson ,CO, Daughters, Jennifer Minnick and Rebecca Wright both of Fayetteville, NC, step sons Brian Sweeney of SC and Donald Sweeney of GA, a step daughter Michelle Sweeney of Fayetteville, NC, brothers Christopher Fields of Lewis DE. David Fields of CT. Stephen Fields of Fayetteville, NC and Kenneth Fields of Baltimore, MD, and a sister Donna Marie Fields of Fayetteville, NC. And 8 Grandchildren
Visitation will be held from 6-8 PM Sunday December 9, 2012 and 6-8 PM Monday, December 10, 2012 at LaFayette Funeral Home, 6651 Raeford Road, Fayetteville, NC 28304.
A Memorial Mass will be held 10:00 AM Tuesday December 11, 2012 at LaFayette Funeral Home with Father Jack Kelly officiating.
