Her resilience and determination helped her advance her career at a very young age, achieving the rank of Major. Throughout her distinguished career, Jennie embodied the values of duty, loyalty, and selflessness, earning the respect and admiration of all who served alongside her.

As committed as Jennie was to her career, she was even more committed to her children. As a dedicated mother, Jennie poured her heart and soul into raising her three precious daughters, Alea Rose Armstrong (12), Chloe Rose Armstrong (11), and Tristynn Rose Armstrong (9). She loved being a mother to "her roses" more than anything else in life. Her love knew no bounds, and her unwavering commitment to their well-being was evident in every sacrifice she made.

Despite the challenges she faced throughout her life, Jennie never faltered in her resolve to her family or her country.
