Juanita Parr

Juanita Parr, 76, of Fayetteville passed away Monday, September 23, 2024 in Haymount Rehabilitation and Nursing Center.

Juanita was born in Albany, Georgia on April 28, 1948, daughter to the late Colin and Mildred Benson. Juanita worked in housekeeping before retirement and loved her grandchildren dearly. She would follow and cheer them on during their sporting events, and helped to take care of them. Her loss will be greatly felt by her family and friends. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, James Dewitt Parr and 2 brothers, Lamar Benson and Bruce Wayne Benson.

She is survived by her son, Lamar Wayne Clark of Fayetteville; a daughter, Jamie Denise Parr of Raleigh; 6 grandchildren, Nicholas Wayne Clark, Courtney Brooke Clark, Joseph Dylan Clark, John Zachary Clark, Cameron Divilard Banghart and Cole Griffin Stein.
