Mr. Jorge A. Briones passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 18, 2014 in Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.
Jorge was born in Nicaragua to the late Ramon and Bertha A. Briones. He served his country in the US Army as a SGT 1st Class. He was a devoted husband and father, friend, colleague and a mentor to many. He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. We Love you Dad!
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Doris Briones of Fayetteville, NC; his son, Jorge A. Briones II and his wife Joyce of San Jose, CA.
A Celebration of life will be held 10:30 AM Friday, October 24, 2014 at Hotel De Anza, 233 W Santa Clara St, San Jose, CA 95113.
Burial with Military Honors will follow at Calvary Catholic Cemetery, 2650 Madden Ave. San Jose, CA 95116.
