TSGT Jerome J. Poniatowski (Retired) passed away Wednesday, June 29, 2016 in Cape Fear Valley Medical Center at the age of 72.
Jerome was born in Chicago Il on April 18, 1944 to the late William and Bernice Poniatowski. He retired after 22 years in the US Air Force and was a Vietnam Veteran. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Frances Todd Poniatowski.
He is survived by his step-sons, Dale R. Barr and Dennis Barr, both of Fayetteville; step-daughters, Cindy Sifford and Tina Barr, both of Fayetteville, Beverly Soles of Raeford and 10 grandchildren.
Graveside services with Full Military Honors will be 2:00 Sunday July 3, 2014 at Fayetteville Memorial Cemetery, 2881 Gillespie St. Fayetteville, NC 28306 with Chaplain Father Edward Ohm officiating.
