Mrs. Jeanette D. Wiles, 80, went home to be with the Lord Monday, May 1, 2017 in Hope Mills Retirement Center.

Jeanette was born in Cumberland Count on August 27, 1936 to the late Joseph and Dollie Brady Dawsey. She was a homemaker and loved to sing Gospel Music. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her first husband, Edward Ralph Gabrish Sr., a son, Edward Ralph Gabrish Jr., a daughter, Deborah Gabrish Hall, 3 brothers, Mitchell Dawsey, Brady Dawsey and Connie Dawsey.

She is survived by her husband, Robert Dale Wiles of the home; a son, Ronald Mitchell Gabrish and wife Melody of Fayetteville; a daughter, Sandra O’Dell and husband John O’Dell Jr. of Fayetteville; 2 step sons, Dale Wiles Jr. and wife Carolyn of Fayetteville, Mike Wiles of Indiana; a step daughter, Brenda Robinson and husband Dennis of Indiana; a brother, Jack Dawsey and wife Linnie of Salemburg; a sister, Norma Ingle and husband Norman of Cary; 15 grandchildren and many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

Visitation will be12:00-1:00 pm Thursday, May 4, 2017 at Jesus First Church, 7467 Camden Rd. Fayetteville, NC 28306.

A Funeral Service to celebrate her life will begin at 1:00 at the church with Rev. Gary Laviner officiating.

Burial will follow in Cumberland Memorial Gardens, 4509 Raeford Rd. Fayetteville, NC 28304.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of your choice.
