Floid Harison Moore

Floid Harison Moore, 82, of Fayetteville, North Carolina, passed away on August 2, 2024, at his home surrounded by loved ones. 

Floid was born in Flag Pond, TN on March 21, 1942, to the late Anderson Harison-Moore and Lorraine Bowens. 

He is survived by his wife Willie Neil Moore; his children Joyce Hall (David) of Lumber Bridge, NC, Patrick Kenny of St. Paul’s, NC, William Moore of Lumberton, NC, Audrey Wesley of Fayetteville, NC, Adam Moore of Fayetteville, NC, Angie Johnson (James) of Fayetteville, NC, Amy Locklear (Doc) of Fayetteville, NC, and Pam Locklear of Proctorville, NC; 24 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren; along with many extended family members and friends. 

Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers and sisters; daughter Sue Ann Locklear; grandsons Joseph Walton and Andrew Locklear; granddaughter Renae Hall-Brewington; and great-grandson Daelynn Brewington. 

Services will be held on 3:00 PM Sunday, August 18, 2024, at Crystal Springs Chapel, 1400 Crystal Springs Rd.
