David Charles Taylor Sr.

David Charles Taylor, Sr. 61, of Fayetteville, died in Fayetteville, North Carolina on October 13, 2023.

David was born in Scotland County, NC. on September 4, 1962 to the late L. C. Taylor(1978) and Ethel Davis Taylor(2021). He loved to fish and was an avid TarHeel fan.  He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

He is survived one son, David Charles Taylor, Jr. of Goldsboro; one brother, Steven Taylor of Elizabeth City; one sister, Linda Taylor Rockholt (George) of Raeford; one niece, LeeAnna Craig (Gabe Carter) of Fayetteville; three nephews, Christian Craig of Raeford, Kevin Craig of Fayetteville and Justin Craig of Fort Eustis, VA; one great niece, Cataleya Craig of Indianapolis, IN; several aunts, uncles and cousins of the Taylor and Davis families and many other relatives and friends.

The Family will receive friends 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM Friday, October 20, 2023 at LaFayette Funeral Home, 6651 Raeford Rd. Fayetteville, NC 28304.

Funeral Services will be held 1:00 PM Friday, October 20, 2023 at LaFayette Funeral Home with Pastor Roger Burns officiating.

Interment will be held at Parkton Cemetery following the services.
