Brian is survived by a son, Suade Whitley of Fayetteville; his mother, Carolyn C. Ratley of Fayetteville; a brother, Elbert Wade Ratley Jr. of Fayetteville; a sister, Michelle Ratley of Fayetteville and many extended family members..
Visitation will be 7:00-9:00 PM Tuesday, February 2, 2016 at LaFayette Funeral Home, 6651 Raeford Rd. Fayetteville, NC 28304.
Funeral Services will be 1:00 PM Wednesday, February 3, 2016 at LaFayette Funeral Home with Reverend Roy Arrington officiating.
Burial will follow in Adams Cemetery in Hope Mills.
