Mr. Bill Glenn Swink, 70, passed away Monday, May 25, 2020 in Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.

Bill was born in Gaston County, NC on November 18, 1949, son to the late Archie and Dorothy Hawkins Swink. He worked as an Electrician for Watson Electric Company in Charlotte before retirement and was a member of New Life Baptist Church in Fayetteville.

He is survived by his wife, Mae Swink of the home; daughters, Dorothy Simpkins of Fayetteville and Billy Jean McDonald of Hickory; a step-son, Timothy Wayne Blackmon of Fort Lauderdale, FL; a sister, Ann Seagrave of Gastonia and 4 grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held 2:00 PM Thursday, May 28, 2020 at Cumberland Memorial Gardens, 4509 Raeford Rd. Fayetteville, NC 28304 with Pastor Dr. Lewis E. Wilson officiating.
