Ana Hernandez Marrero

Ana R. Hernandez Marrero was a beloved grandmother, mother, and wife during her incredible 79 years of life. She passed away peacefully in the early hours of Monday, May 20th, 2024.

Ana had a long and full life. She was born on April 2nd, 1945, in San Juan, Puerto Rico to two loving parents, Enrique and Estebania. Ana married the love of her life, Diego, in 1964.

Ana immediately lit up any room she entered and made an impact on so many people. She was a joyful presence who loved her friends and family, and filled her home with warmth and kindness.

We will remember Ana for her loving nature, her playfulness, and her occasional, endearing stubbornness. She adored her grandchildren. We could not spend a minute with her without her telling us how much she loved us, how beautiful she thought we were, and how proud she was to be our grandmother.

Ana is survived by her three loving daughters, son in-law, and three grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by all.
