Allan Sinanan

SSG Allan Sinanan, (Retired), 49, of Hope Mills passed away Saturday, September 4, 2021 in Cape Fear Valley Hospital.

Allan was born in Trinidad on November 12, 1971, son to Harold and Sandra Rambahore Sinanan. He was preceded in death by his father.

He is survived by his wife, Jennifer Jones Sinanan of the home; one son, Christopher Akeel Sinanan of Bayport, NY; two daughters, Jayde and Riley Sinanan of the home; one step-son, Austin Revels of the home; three brother, Annand, Andy and Anthony Sinanan of Trinidad; one sister, Anna Marie Sinanan Jattan of New York and a special aunt, Geeta Rambahore.

Allan served with the utmost distinction and received the following awards in the military: Afghanistan Campaign Medal W/2 Campaign Stars, Army Commendation Medal (3 Oak Leaf Cluster), Army Achievement Medal (2 Silver Leaf Cluster), Army Good Conduct Medal (3 Knots), National Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Iraq Campaign Medal W/Campaign Star, Commissioned Officer Professional Development Ribbon (Numeral 2), Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon (2nd Award), NATO Medal, Combat Infantryman Badge, Parachutist Badge.

A visitation will be held 1:00-3:00 PM Thursday, September 9, 2021 at Cape Fear Baptist Church, 100 Indian Drive, Fayetteville, NC 28312

Funeral Services with Full Military Honors will begin at 3:00 PM following the visitation with Pastor Tony Brewington officiating.
