Elvin Hope Miller

Elvin ‟Hope” Miller, 86 of Saint Paul’s passed away Wednesday, September 27, 2023 in Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.

Hope was born in Jerome, VA on June 8, 1937, son to the late Joby Miller and Sarah Miller. Along with his parents, He is preceded in death by his sisters Jean Funkhouser and Phyllis Lutz. Hope was an avid sportsman who loved to hunt and fish. He was very conservative, loved farming and was an overall great man who is spoken highly of by all who knew him.

Hope is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Toni G. Miller of the home; sons, Donald Anthony Krolak of Manassas, VA, Scott Edward Munday and wife Maggie of Saint Pauls, NC; daughters, Sherry M. Steen and husband John of Charles Town, WV, Belinda M. Smith of Harpers Ferry, WV, Cindy Bardell and husband Randy of Broad Run, VA, many grandchildren, great grandchildren; three beloved dogs, Tator Tot, Gloria, and Max, many extended family members and friends.
